5R is a movement practice developed by Gabrielle Roth that explores 5 distinct rhythms - Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. It's a dynamic approach to dance and self-expression that encourages people to move freely, connect with their bodies, and tap into their creativity. With no set steps to follow, 5R invites you to move authentically, guided by the music and your own inner landscape. It's a journey inward, a moving meditation that can be both cathartic and liberating.
Ajay Rajani is an accredited teacher of the 5R who trained with Jonathan Horan, son of Gabriele Roth, in 2014. Ajay was born in Africa with Indian roots and grew up in London, England where he thrives in a diverse, multicultural community speaking 5 international languages. His spiritual journey began over 20 years ago with a strong practice of seated meditation and this continues to inform his 5R teaching where he inspires embodying the moment and allowing your body to be your greatest teacher.
