"As above, so below. As within, so without"

All things move in cycles and waves. Each breath, each day, each season, each life…all a reflection of the natural rhythms and universal principles that govern all of creation.

As we transition from one season to the next, we bring our collective attention to the spaces between our movement and stillness, our hopes and visions. We sit, walk and dance in honor of the season’s teaching and celebrate in community the deep well of wisdom that arises through shared inquiry, dance, and creative exploration.

When:
Winter Solstice - Saturday, December 17, 7-9pm

Where:
Tula Yoga & Wellness, 99 Snelling Ave N, St Paul MN

Investment: $30

Meditation Cycle Format
We alternate sitting, walking and dancing as meditation, along with inquiry and integration practices to pause, reflect and align with the teachings of the season.

Whether we gather in person or via zoom, doors open 10 minutes prior to the start time and close 5 minutes after. Please arrive on time.

Music will be playing when you arrive. Use this time to create a space that feels comfortable to dance in and have a cushion or chair nearby for the sitting portions of our meditation. Minimize distractions, silence your phone, wear comfortable clothing and bring water to stay hydrated.

Why come?
:: You will celebrate the turning of the seasons in community, and align with a current that has rung throughout time all across the world.
:: You will tune into your relationship with nature, the seasons, and the cycles of your life, taking your place as an active participant in this great web of life.
:: You will quiet the mind and listen deeply to the currents that guide you, step by step, season by season.
:: You will attune to that which is life affirming.

When we meet via Zoom:
:: Upon registration and payment, you will be sent a zoom link and password for participation. Our zoom room will open 10 minutes before start time and lock shortly after we begin, so intend to arrive on time especially if you are new to this technology and want to ensure your video and audio are working.
:: You’ll need a computer, iPad or iPhone, and a good internet connection. Create a space that feels comfortable to dance in. Minimize distractions, silence your phone, wear comfortable clothing and bring water to stay hydrated.
:: All zoom rooms will be locked shortly after start time, so plan to arrive on time and stay through the end. Your presence really makes a difference.
